Perfectly situated on a quiet country road is this modern new home which is located on the outskirts of Corofin yet only 13 miles from the seaside resort of Lahinch with its wonderful long sandy surf beach and international golf course. It is beautifully furnished inside and makes a perfect base to relax and unwind. The nearby village of Corofin sits on the River Fergus making the area great for fishing whilst the surrounding countryside of great for cycling and walking. Within easy reach are the famous Cliffs of Moher,Burren National Week and Ailwee Caves with the market town of Ennis just 15 minutes drive. .

On the ground floor: lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room, double with ensuite shower room, 2 double with singles, reception room, bathroom with separate shower.

Corofin is a quiet, picturesque village on the southern edge of the Burren. The are several fishing loughs in the area, the nearest being Inchiquin and Atedaun. Lake Inchiquin offers game and coarse fishing and nearby is the Dysert O'Dea Castle home for an archaeological centre, the Burren Centre at Kilfenora. Also close by is Caherconnell Stone Fort, at Carran, one of the best preserved stone forts in the Burren.
