Set on the edge of the Dales National Park close to the Lake District and the Forest of Bowland's cycle tracks Geldard Cottage offers glorious walking from the doorstep on a network of footpaths catering for all abilities. The bustling market town of Settle is just 4 miles away and the scenic Settle to Carlisle railway journey can be joined at Long Preston station (just 5 minutes' drive from the cottage) and both Skipton and Clitheroe are easily accessible. Village pub serving food 500 yards shops in Long Preston 2 miles.

Beautiful day at Malham Cove and lovely views of Peregrine Falcon chicks, lovely walk up Pen y Ghent quite a scramble but fun for all. Loved Settle and White Scar caves, very impressive. "
