" We have a very warm welcome from Kim when we arrived the barn was lovely, very quite with very good amenaties all to a very high standered. Only 2 miles from Chaple St Lenards, a very frendly place. You can walk along a very lovely stretch of beach, people there very frendly and dogs are welcome. The public house in Mumby was also very friendly charming village. "

" Beautiful immaculate cottage in the middle of the countryside. Modern interior. Our dog loved laying on the cool tiled floors. Slight letdown is lack of installed shower, had to use a rubber contraption pushed onto the taps. Kim the owner provided a nice welcome, complimentary tea/coffee, cookies etc was nice touch, as were the fresh flowers. Sunset from the lounge window each evening was nice, with a glass of wine. Bunny rabbits outside bedroom window. Shared gardens and courtyard patio with the cottage opposite. Didnt try the local pubs so cannot comment, but could see they were only approximately 10mins walk. Went to Lincoln for the day, good shopping and historic parts. Chapel St Leonards beach was very nice, nice pub overlooking the beach there. Not too much else. Same with Mablethorpe. Took our dog to watch the sunrise at Anderby Creek one morning, absolutely beautiful and peaceful. "
