" We stayed at Lake View Cottage over Christmas and what an idyllic venue it was. A real tree was decorated and lit for us with thoughtful gifts for both adults and babies placed beneath. The Dining table was dressed, and the log burning stove sent out a gorgeous, woody aroma which warmed up the mulled wine beautifully. From the comfort of the cosy living room we watched the robins hop about on the patio and the swans and ducks on the lake which the property overlooks. A glance out of the back windows saw horses and sheep grazing in the field a metre away which the babies loved. Undoubtedly this would be a fantastic property for a summer visit with the well placed pool (visible from both the living room and the kitchen)and a BBQ or evening glass of wine overlooking the hills and the lake. The owners were on hand and ever helpful. We will definitely be returning. "

" The idyllic location is surrounded by forest and fields, such that you are woken by a huge variety of birdsong. We used the hill behind for mountainboarding and you can watch your kids splashing around in the great pool (even has a slide) from the kitchen and walk to the pub across their woodland garden. The house is sparkling clean and fitted out with all modern appliances (eg jacuzzi & widescreen), solid oak furniture and tasteful decor. To cap it all the owners were really nice and did their utmost to fix the one problem that occurred (wireless internet broke down). Would completely recommend this back of beyond place to anyone. "

" The grounds are fantastic - you are right on top of a beautiful lake which we loved! It was also great that the owners allow one pet - our dog Monty loved the lake and went in numerous times in the warm weather! A truly fantastic place especially for families our daughter is 2 and loved the pool and the grounds. The owners are very child friendly and are more than happy to supply high chairs stair gates etc. "

" This cottage was idyllic and we used the good sized heated (clean) swimming pool every day. The grounds and surroundings were very well kept and fantastic to sit out in which we did at least twice a day. The house overlooks a lake with Herons geese ducks and all sorts of wildlife and we would have stayed another week if we could. The inside of the property was immaculate and very tastefully decorated and had everything you could ask for. We found we were within twenty minutes drive of the Malvern Hills for walking there were several excellent pubs in the area for eating and also our daughter found a riding stable within half an hours drive. The area itself was also beautiful to drive around in and we would definitely go again one day! "
