This cosy cottage is set around an attractive sheltered courtyard. Open plan sitting room with wood burning stove and dining and kitchen area with Stanley oil range cooker. Double bedroom. Bathroom/WC (shower attachment).

Close to the spectacular north coast surfing beaches these two very comfortable and attractively furnished cottages each enjoy their own small gardens adjacent to the owners home and with access to 5 acres of grounds with a fishing lake. Perranporth – a popular family resort with golf and a boating lake – is just 2 miles Newquay's famous surfing beaches are 7 miles and superb walking can be enjoyed along coastal paths and across moorland dotted with ancient standing stones. A fun park steam railway and N.T. houses and gardens lie within a short drive with Eden and the Lost Gardens of Heligan a little further afield. Goonhavern village (¼ mile) boasts a shop pub and The World in Miniature. The city of Truro is 10 miles.
