Eglwysbach 2 miles. Two superb, semi-detached, single-storey properties, with impressive, heated indoor swimming pool, located on the slopes of the beautiful Conwy Valley. These lovely stable conversions, in a quiet rural location, enjoy spectacular views over the glorious valley below and the Snowdonia mountain range beyond. Spacious and contemporary in style, they offer open-plan living with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The use of the swimming pool is shared between the properties and with the owners. The area is one of Outstanding Natural Beauty and provides excellent walking, cycling and climbing on your doorstep. Just 7 miles from the World Heritage town of Conwy and 10 miles from Betws-y-Coed, known as the gateway to Snowdonia, this is an ideal base for exploring all North Wales has to offer.

A superb stable conversion, 2 miles outside the beautiful village of Eglwysbach, offering two ground floor bedrooms and spectacular mountain views. Note: This property can be booked with ref. 1850 to accommodate 6 people.

Renowned for its beautiful countryside, scenic walks and the world famous Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Valley is also home to the charming village of Eglwysbach and has been named a World Heritage Site. The town of Conwy is one of Britain's most underrated historic towns and is a medieval gem. Dominated by its ancient castle, this wonderful settlement is enclosed by its well-preserved town walls - fortified with 21 towers and three gateways, almost encircling the entire town. In addition, Conwy also boasts an impressive fishing harbour whilst the National Trust's Aberconwy House is also close by and holds the title ‘Britain’s smallest house’. In addition to these unique attractions, visitors can also enjoy a wide array of shops and restaurants, as well as stunning beaches and walks through the breathtaking countryside of the Snowdonia National Park, just 20 minutes away.

All fuel & power inc. in rent (£35 per week fuel supplement charged between 1st October - 10th March inclusive). Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Shared use of large heated indoor swimming pool with shower room. Cot & highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large lawned garden with patio, furniture & BBQ. 1 well-behaved dog welcome at £20 per week. Sorry no smoking. Shop & pub 2 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond approx. 20 metres from property, ensure care is taken. Note: Swimming pool (1.5 metres deep throughout) is shared with ref. 1850 and owners. Towels for pool use not provided.
