Set with its own enclosed garden beside the owners' home it offers walking and cycling from the door to join riverside traffic free trails to Lincoln with its cathedral fine shopping and canal excursions and to Woodhall Spa (both 10 miles). Shops and pubs 3 miles.

" The cottage - and the owners - were first class. The location was utterly private in the heart of splendid countryside, yet convenient for the exploration of much that Lincolnshire has to offer. Driving in the east of the county was rather like returning to the fifties - if one is happy to avoid the coastal "attractions". "

" If you need to relax and unwind this is the place to visit. The cottage is clean and homely. Graham and Carolyn are friendly and helpful yet respectful of the need for privacy. There are so many peaceful places to walk and there is an abundance of birdlife. The Red Lion and The Nags Head, both in the nearby village of Bardney, do superb food. We thoroughly enjoyed our week of peace and quiet with only the birds to keep us company. A truly lovely cottage and one we shall look forward to returning to. "

" A truly fabulous, quiet, idyllic setting, very welcoming and friendly hosts and the dogs loved it as much as we did. Traffic free cycle paths very close by, we cycled for miles to Lincoln and to Boston. "
