Within easy driving distance is the delightful village of Haworth with its cobbled streets, whilst Holmfirth to the south is the setting for the long running TV series Last of the Summer Wine. Marsden, on the Huddersfield canal, boasts the Stanedge tunnel - the highest, longest and deepest tunnel in Britain. Pub 2 miles.
