Visitor Reviews |
" We had a fantastic holiday here. It was a fab place to come with a young family: we had everything we needed and more. The kids loved being surrounded by all the animals:horses, dogs, cows and wild bunnies. The Oast house was enchanting as were the hosts who made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this: it was a real treat! "

" A wonderfully peaceful, picturesque holiday cottage with lots of farm exploring to be done. Great location to base yourself for adventuring around East Sussex. Our 3 year old also loved seeing the horses outside the window each morning. "

" We spent a wonderful week in Millers Oast. The cottage is extraordinary built, at least for us, and at the same time very comfortable and cosy. It is quiet and peaceful with the meadows and animals all around. You can do walks along the 1066 trail or drive to the waterfront, you can go shopping in the nice little towns nearby. "

" I would highly recommend this holiday. Good for walkers and ramblers alike, but for others, a car is a must. "

" Lorraine was cheerful friendly and helpful; it was freezing cold but she helped with extra heat and any other requests we made. We enjoyed walking in the beautiful, frosty countryside. "

" My wife myself and our friend who accompanied us on this particular holiday were unanimous in our total satisfaction with the Millers Oast. Everything about the place was so totally different at the same time being able to offer all that was required to make holidaymakers completely satisfied. My wife and I lay awake at night in the double bedroom located on the bottom floor of the three tiered Oast laughing uncontrollably because we had been told by the owners that our bedroom formerly housed the prize bull! It is not everyday that you have shared accommodation with a BULL! I would thoroughly recommend anyone who is thinking of visiting Millers Oast to 'get in quick' - having visited many cottages throughout the UK and in fact a lot further afield it will be a long time before we stay in anywhere as unique and unbelievably pretty as Millers Oast. "
