" Having booked a fairly short notice, we found this accommodation clean and tidy on arrival. The owner popped in to welcome us and see if we had everything. She had provided some welcome basic food items too, which was an extra bonus. The layout was very easy to get used to, the kitchen had everything needed for making meals, the shower room was clean and well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. There was central heating all day if you needed it (we didn't) and constant hot water. There was a selection of books in the cottage, and we were invited to use the PC at the pub if we needed Internet access. Altogether it was a very pleasant week. Downside? You can't get a mobile phone signal and the quality of the linen, towels, was clean but basic. There was no washing machine, but plenty of hanging space outside for hand washing. We would stay here again and would recommend it to friends. "
