Hall. Spacious modern oak fitted kitchen. Lovely sitting/dining room with sofa bed (for + 2) open fire and attractive bay window. First floor: Double bedroom with 5' bed. Twin bedded room. Bathroom/WC with separate shower cubicle.
In a woodland setting this very comfortable detached cottage enjoys a one acre enclosed garden plus fishing on the River Derwent just 50 yards across a meadow. There is a dining pub and shop just 100 yards away and Cromford and Crich (3 miles) offer good shops cafés and restaurants. The Heights of Abraham cable car and High Peak cycle trails are under 5 miles Chatsworth and Carsington Lake for water sports are both under 10 miles.

" It is a wonderful location for all there is to do (and there is lots) but if you don't want to go far you need not be bored. The local pub was a quick walk across the road and very welcoming. The accommodation was just right for those of us with teenagers and dog. All in all a very comfortable cottage! "
