At just 40 strides from the RNLI slipway to the beach at St Bees this unassuming single storey property enjoys the most remarkable position on the promenade. Large windows face the Irish Sea across promenade parking whilst a few hundred yards to the north St Bees Head rises dramatically above holiday caravans: a glorious Heritage coastline forming the start of the famous Coast to Coast Walk linking the west and east coasts of England. Inside Seaspray merges style with warmth and comfort – an ideal base from which to explore miles of beaches and coves reached only on foot wild landscapes and historic ports such as nearby Whitehaven the last British port to be invaded by America in 1778 whilst journeys from the local rail staion (½ mile) run along and over coastal waters. Shop and pub 100 yards.

" The telephone staff at were very helpfull, We needed a three day break at short notice that was close to Egrement and they searched till they found us a suitable cottage, that would also take two dogs and was just a couple of miles from Egrement. "

" Had a lovely holiday in beautiful bungalow. Beach and kids playpark very close and beautiful views. Lots of places to take kids - would recommend South Lakes wildlife park, Muncaster Castle and Aquarium in Maryport. Only downside was garden is not private but rather to front of house - however its still enclosed so kids and small dogs are safe. "
