Peacefully located in the lovely Vale of Clwyd, the small village of Bodfari is set beneath the imposing Clwydian Hill Range. This charming little village has had an interesting past and former incarnations have included a Celtic camp around 500 BC, a Roman encampment and a pre-Norman village – evidence of which remains in the form of the town’s church, St Stephen’s. Today, the village boasts a local shop, whilst the surrounding area provides a range of good country pubs and eateries. Running close to the village is the Offa's Dyke Pathway and the ancient market town of Denbigh, with its celebrated 13th Century castle, is just a short drive away. This charming town also boasts pretty streets lined with shops, pubs and restaurants and is set amidst beautiful countryside.
