Single storey accommodation. Entrance through patio doors to attractive sitting room with dining area original beams and feature stonework. Kitchen. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room/WC.

Ideally positioned in the lovely Eden Valley these two charming stone built cottages offer accommodation of great character with their cosy beamed interiors. In a quiet village location within the owners' grounds the cottages are just 3 miles from the market town of Appleby which comes alive every June with its famous gypsy horse fair. Here there are some lovely shops and excellent inns and restaurants. The Eden Valley area popular with walkers and ornithologists also offers mountain biking pony trekking tennis riding and golf. The Lake District and Yorkshire Dales are within easy reach. Shops 3 miles. Local pub 200 yards.

" This has been the most enjoyable 5 day holiday we have had in a long time. The cottage is cosy, warm, comfortable and inviting with it's traditional beams and Olde World charms. The location is perfect for a quiet relaxing break,the village has a pub that do great meals!! There are many walks to do and lovely villages to visit on the way steeped in history. Close by are lots of places worth a visit, Appelby, Penrith, Ullswater, Barnard Castle, Lake District and North Yorks Moors. We can't wait to go back!! Next time we will definitley be booking 2 weeks. "
