" This cottage is fantastic with everything included that you could need. We spent a week there with our two sons and two grandchildren aged 9 and 7 and we all had an brilliant time. The view from the window was spectacular. We ate at the Millcroft bar (good selection on menu for adults and children), Na Mara, a lovely little restaurant on the main street (they also did a fantastic fish tea from 5 pm till 7 pm which was great for the kids - I have never tasted such crisp batter). The Shieling just past McColls shop, which had excellent food. The Bridge Cottage cafe (opp Post Office),in Poolewe serves gorgeous home baking and light lunches and has a lovely shop and gallery upstairs. Inverewe Gardens well worth a visit with stunning views of Loch Ewe. Benn Eighe forest trail - another lovely walk. Boat trip and sea fishing trip from the harbour were highlights. Our sons climbed Slioch, one of the bigger Munroes in the area and were rewarded with spectacular views from the summit owing to the glorious weather we had for our memorable week at Torgorm. I can strongly recommend this property. "

" Torgorm was an amazing base for our holiday. The view from the living room window was spectacular and I managed to take a beautiful sunset photo lying on the couch! The beaches were fantastic and our two grandchildren, who are used to all things technological, just loved playing with buckets and spades making forts. I would definitely recommend this holiday as there is something for everyone. We were three generations and all of us found something interesting to do every day. Brilliant. "

" Excellent location to explore this stunning environment. Plenty of activities to keep an energetic family entertained from whale watching to horse riding with the favourite always the trip out on the lobster boat to lift the creels .. fascinating and up close to nature. "

" The cottage is nicely furnished and clean and tidy and everything was there that we needed. Red Point is a lovely beach and we had it to ourselves - great for humans and dogs! Take the trip to the lighthouse (left out of the road) its a narrow road and a bit steep in places but the views are wonderful. Flowerdale Forest is good park in Gairloch (the beach/golf car park) and cross over the road and past the cemetery - the waterfall is a must see! Finally for even more stunning views visit Bealach na bah which is on the way to Applecross and you can drive back a different way too. "
