This exclusive modern development of stone faced town houses and apartments each with its own terrace to make the most of the waterside location is excellently situated alongside the canal basin. The setting is lovely – swans and ducks swim amongst the pretty narrow boats moored along the canal which runs south to Lancaster and beyond. Canoeists and canal boat enthusiasts enjoy their pursuits and towpath walks are a favourite with visitors who can take in the tranquillity of the water or join in the friendly boating banter of the canalside. The surrounding views are over a rural landscape and in the distance are the majestic Lake District fells.
An excellent base for holidays and relaxing breaks with good connections to fast roads nearby these four luxuriously appointed properties offer easy access to some of Britain's best loved countryside – the southerly edge of the Lake District National Park is a 15 mile drive and the market town of Kendal gateway to the Lakes is only 13 miles whilst the beautiful Yorkshire Dales are also under half an hour's drive. Close by the historic university town of Lancaster (9 miles) with its castles museums theatre and parks is well worth a visit and the breathtakingly lovely open water of Morecambe Bay at the charming village of Arnside lies just 8 miles distant. Golfers will head to the pretty village of Silverdale (5 miles) which is also the location of RSPB Leighton Moss. Just 500 yards away is a welcoming inn serving good food and within easy walking distance there is a farm village where visitors will find a shop selling crafts and local produce a good cafe and even animals to pet.

" Well where can i start, our apartment was gorgeous had everything and more, there was only one minor problem which was we didnt know how to turn off the heated towel rail - on the plus side we gained a sauna. The location was perfect great walks but also central to travel to places i.e Lake Windermere, Blackpool, Grassmere, Lancaster Etc. There is a farm shop over the road which has outstanding food also a brillant petting farm (for all ages!). We were a party of two aged 22 and 23 we had a brilliant time and will definitely consider a return in the near future and recomend to friends and family. 10 out of 10 for accommodation and holiday. "
