" The accommodation is of high spec and well equipped. The hot tub and lakeside location made it that bit more special. The beds were nice and comfy and the towels were clean and good quality. Peaceful and full of nature of interest. "

" Water's Reach is a lovely property in a beautiful location. We were there during a particularly cold period and the lake was frozen over most of the time, which made it even more enchanting. The Norfolk light was at its absolute best and we did a lot of gazing out as well as taking walks around the lakes. The house has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a spacious living and dining area (although there is only one communal area, so if you want to escape the only options are the bedrooms). The hot tub is a real highlight and, despite the freezing temperatures, we braved it twice - a memorable experience against the backdrop of the lake.
It will be interesting to see how the Leisure Park on which the house is situated develops over the next few years. There is still building going on and in places it feels a bit unfinished. We were obviously there "out of season" so facilities such as the reception area, showers and water skiing were not open, but we all felt that we were there at the best time as it was so peaceful.
Visitors should be aware that there are no shops nearby and the nearest pub is a short drive away, although, if a pub trip is part of your holiday experience, The Carpenters Arms is an attractive, friendly place to go. We really enjoyed our holiday at Water's Reach - a very special place. "
