Delightfully located beside the local canal this modern and smartly furnished cottage offers a most welcoming holiday base on the fringes of the old silk town of Macclesfield and just 2 miles from the Peak District National Park. Fishing is enjoyed at the end of the garden and the canal towpath provides interesting walking whilst good shopping a small cinema restaurants and takeaways of all kinds are close at hand and the Silk Museum makes a fascinating visit. Little Moreton Hall Biddulph Grange Lyme Park and Tatton Park (all N.T.) are among the attractions within a 12 mile drive as are Gawsworth Hall the Jodrell Bank science centre Buxton Caves and Go Ape. Pub and shop 200 yards.
