In a superb waterside setting this charming single storey cottage boasts a spacious conservatory terrace and a lawned garden leading to the riverside (toddlers beware!). Set on a quiet lane it lies just ¼ mile from bustling Wroxham's shops waterside restaurants and pubs and boat hire. Within 12 miles are the glorious sandy beaches of Sea Palling Waxham and Winterton whilst National Trust properties and the picturesque fishing villages bird reserves and seal watching boat excursions of the north Norfolk coast are an easy drive. City of Norwich 9 miles. A traditional broads cruiser is sometimes moored in the yacht basin alongside the garden.
