Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars, plus ample unrestricted roadside parking in quiet cul-de-sac. Front lawned garden, plus rear enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. Lockable bike storage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Note: Although all ground floor, there are steps at the entrance doorways so the property is not suitable for wheelchairs.
