Approached from a drive that winds through the mature gardens and small areas of woodland, the property is fronted by a tree shaded lawn and is entered from a private patio with an adjacent gravel parking area. The front door opens into a central hallway giving access to a cheerful living room with a cosy woodburning stove and comfortable easy chairs by the sliding patio doors and a dining table set before a window overlooking the meadow. A door leads from the dining area into a well equipped fitted kitchen. There are two pleasant bedrooms both with convector heaters, a twin and a double, both enjoying
woody tranquil views. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom W. C. with hand basin and shower over the bath. Opening from the hallway a bathroom W. C. with hand basin and separate shower cubicle completes the accommodation, which is entirely on the level. Adjacent to the parking area is a brick bbq for the exclusive use of this property. There is parking available for 2 cars with further spaces on request.
