One of the key benefits of a self catering holiday is the ability to choose how you eat! The Linhaye has a barbeque so you can, weather permitting, cook outside and enjoy a barbeque on a warm summers night whilst enjoying the fresh air.
There is one or more televisions at The Linhaye. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
A comfortable detached single storey cottage in lovely countryside, converted from a wagon house of natural stone and slate, to one side of the entrance of Pollingarrow Farm near the picturesque village of St Kew and only a 10 minute drive from the sandy beaches of the Camel Estuary. Set in a walled and gated garden the cottage is entered from a sheltered patio area to the front. The door opens to a slate floored hallway with an adjacent shower room W. C. and hand basin. The living accommodation consists of a spacious open plan living room with the character of the wagon house preserved in a high ceiling open to the beams in the apex of the roof. The room is light and pleasant with a pine floor and windows on three sides and a partly separated kitchen. At the other end of the cottage a spacious bedroom has a 5' kingsize bed, hand basin and a window looking over the front patio area. There is a wall mounted electric heater in each room. At the rear a grassy fenced garden looks out over farmland and an under cover drying area has been provided. St Kew Highway, about five minutes drive, has a pub, garage, and mini market, the village of St Kew about 3 / 4 mile has a pretty church and an old pub that offers good pub food and there is a 9 hole golf course 1 mile away.
