Accessed through an enclosed courtyard, which has a table and chairs - ideal for enjoying breakfast - the smart accommodation comprises a sitting room with comfortable sofas, wall mounted TV and DVD and a breakfast/dining area to seat four guests with French doors leading to the courtyard.
The galley-style kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer box and washing machine/dryer.
There is a double bedroom with a king size bed, bedside cupboards, a tall boy chest of drawers plus a TV. The twin bedroom has two full size 3' single beds., bedside table and lamp, a dressing room and a closet.
The bathroom has a bath and shower over, WC and hand wash basin.
Note: Can be booked with Albany House, the property above, to sleep up to 13 guests.
