It is a really great place to unwind and relax, but near enough to the city of York for eating out/bars etc. This holiday was excellent with great accommodation and lovely surroundings.

This was like a second honeymoon for us, the lodge was perfectly arranged for 2 couples and the bedrooms were private enough for us to enjoy ourselves. We had a brilliant relaxing break and would definitely return again, soon I hope!
