This fine old stone chapel was built in 1817 and is set in the heart of 'The Clusters' conservation area of the Derwent Valley mill town of Belper. It is about 10 miles from Matlock Bath and Ashbourne, and on the doorstep of the Peak District Park. Carefully transformed into a spacious split-level residence, it can accommodate a large party seeking a well-equipped, comfortable holiday base. There's a huge 40ft galleried and beamed living room. Pubs, bistros and heritage trails at the door, with riverside walks 400 yards. American Adventure, Alton Towers, Chatsworth all under 30 minutes, with climbing, caving and gliding under 20 miles and watersports at Carsington Water 6 miles. The ground floor areas suit partially disabled guests. Shops, pubs, restaurants 200 yards.

Ground floor: Living room with double sofa bed/play area. 4 bedrooms: 1 double with shared en-suite access to shower room with toilet (also accessed from living room), 3 twin, one with additional single, two with access to shared bath room with bath, shower cubicle and toilet. First floor: Second living room. Galleried dining area. Kitchen. Utility room. 4 bedrooms: 3 double, one with additional single, with shared en-suite access to bathroom with shower over bath and toilet, 1 twin with additional single. Shower room with toilet.
