LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION (swimming pool and spa access included) within a stones throw of the famous shores of Lake Windermere, this four hundred year old building is situated on the charming well known cobbled pedestrian street in the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere amidst a fabulous mix of quaint village shops, romantic restaurants, fine wine-bars and cosmopolitan coffee houses. This holiday home provides something for everyone, including the hidden gem of a private garden with a secluded patio overlooking a lawn, complete with a swing chair and outdoor dining option, providing a real taste of the countryside. The perfect spot where you can relax with an aperitif to the sound of nesting birds before an evening meal and shoreline walk, catching a romantic sunset over the lake.

A two bedroom apartment offering an eclectic mix of the old and the new, with a well-equipped kitchen and glass-tabled dining area nestling beneath an original solid oak beam, perfect for both romantic and family meals. The master bedroom has a well appointed en-suite and both bedrooms are furnished to the highest standard, with solid wood furniture and latticed-windows looking out onto the historic street below. With a versatile layout and a large corner sofa this property would perfectly suit a family, friends looking for an action-packed getaway, or couples seeking a cosy romantic break in the heart of the Lake District. For keen walkers the Dales Way starts at the street corner and just a short car-ferry ride opens-up popular tourist hotspots including Grizedale Forest, Coniston, Ambleside, Wordsworth House and the spectacular Langdale Valley. Closer to home the Beatrix Potter Museum, Steam Boat Museum and the Lakes Aquarium are all easily accessible from the lake shore. A perfect holiday retreat with unlimited four star spar and swimming pool access within a two minute walk.

Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
A washer/dryer is housed just off the en-suite shower room.
