An attractively renovated traditional terraced cottage in a quiet village lane in the heart of Mylor Bridge. Entered from the lane via two granite steps into a pretty slate floored lobby with glazed roof which has a useful cloaks area leading to a bathroom W. C. with hand basin and shower over the bath to one side. From the lobby an inner door opens to the dining area of an L shaped kitchen fitted with Maple units. A step down leads into a light and pretty sitting room with an electric fire in the hearth. Stairs wind up from the dining area to two cottage bedrooms, a double and a twin bedded room, both with corner basins and views across the village gardens. Across the lane is a parking space for one car and further free parking in the nearby car park. There are gated steps up to a very pretty flat lawned garden which is not totally pet proof and very young children will require supervision. The pub, small shops and Mylor's tidal creek are only a couple of minutes walk away, the Pandora Inn and Mylor Harbour, where there is a marina and boat hire, is 2 miles and Falmouth is 5 miles.
