With views across unspoilt farmland towards St Ives Bay, this double glazed, single storey barn conversion is the end one of three and entered from the parking area via a wide front door which leads directly into a light and spacious open-plan living room with a quarry tiled floor. The newly fitted modern kitchen / dining area is well equipped with views across the neighbouring fields towards the cliffs at Hells Mouth in the distance. The rest of the room comprises of a leather lounge suite next to a half glazed door that opens to a private patio with views over lovely countryside towards the sea at Carbis Bay. In one corner, a short hallway leads to a pine furnished twin bedded room, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room W. C. with hand basin, and at the far end of the hall a family bathroom W. C. with bath and hand basin. There is a shared lawn and barbecue area, which has stock proof fencing separating it from the adjacent fields. The accommodation is completely on one level making it suitable for a family with an elderly relative. Please note: Towels available at £3 per person, per week payable on arrival.
