The ground floor accommodation consists of a well equipped farmhouse style fitted kitchen/breakfast room, an adjacent utility room with laundry facilities, and a cloakroom W. C. with hand basin. There is also a very generous sized living room with beamed ceiling, a Cornish stone fireplace, comfortable seating overlooking the lawned front garden and an additional dining area. From the hallway carpeted stairs lead up to a sunny first floor landing and three pleasant bedrooms, all with views of the surrounding farmland; there is a dual aspect master bedroom with a 5ft double and en-suite shower room W. C. and hand basin, a twin bedded room, and the third bedroom with the option of a 6ft double or 3ft zip linked twin beds. A bathroom W. C. with hand basin, bath and shower cubicle completes the accommodation.
