Often cottage owners have some restrictions on where your dog can roam in the property and there may be a small extra charge. However, there is no reason why your pet needs to miss out on the family holiday.
A semi detached double glazed bungalow looking over grassy sand dunes to Crantock beach and out to sea. An ideal situation for the beach going family since the bungalow is relatively secluded in sheltered gardens yet the beach with its wide expanse of sand and good surfing can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Approached by a gated private drive from the beach car park with parking for two cars there is a short path to a glazed porch area which opens into a hall with coat pegs and an adjacent W. C. with hand basin. There is a kitchen with an adjoining utility room which leads out to the garden. A comfortable sitting / dining room with pleasant sea views from a bay window leads through to a small hallway with a shower room W. C. and basin and two of the three bedrooms, a double bedded room and a room with two 2ft 6inch beds, both rooms with hand basins. The third bedroom with twin beds is next to the W. C. near the entrance hall. Parts of the garden are hedged and gated and at the time of writing dogs are permitted on Crantock beach. Please note:
