Just a few yards from the sea and with direct access on to the lovely sandy beach and dunes of Perranporth, this mid terrace privately owned holiday villa is set in a small development of purpose built holiday properties ideal for beach going families. Entered from the adjoining undercover car port where there is space for one car, the front door leads directly into an open plan living room encompassing the whole of the ground floor. There is a neatly fitted galley kitchen and beyond is a comfortable sitting / dining area with a pine dining suite, lounge furniture and a double glazed rear door leading out to a communal paved terrace with views of the sand dunes. Upstairs are a shower room W. C. with hand basin and two bedrooms; a twin bedded room at the front and a double room with a half glazed door opening out to a railed balcony overlooking the beach. A short footpath crosses over a stream and leads on to the dunes and three miles of golden sandy beach and also links up with the South West Coastal Path. Perranporth has a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants all within a couple of minutes level walk and is served by local bus connections to Newquay, St Agnes and Truro. Surf hire shops offering surf lessons, riding stables, a gliding club, tennis courts and a golf course are all available locally. Padstow, St Ives and Falmouth are all within a 20 mile radius.
