Only yards from the sea and with direct access on to the dunes and lovely sandy beach of Perranporth, this ground floor privately owned holiday flat is set in a small development of purpose built holiday properties ideal for beach going families. Three steps lead up to the front door which opens to a central hallway and to one side is a fully fitted kitchen with a service hatch linking the dining area. A comfortable living room has lounge seating, a dining suite, an electric fire and a double glazed rear door leading out to a communal paved terrace with partial sea views across the beach and sand dunes. On the opposite side of the hall there is a fully tiled shower room W. C. with hand basin and two bedrooms with a kingsize double and twin beds respectively, the former has oblique sea views from a large window. There is one designated car space in the shared parking area about 10 yards away. A short footpath crosses over a stream and leads on to the dunes and three miles of golden sandy beach and also links up with the South West Coastal Path. Perranporth has a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants all within a couple of minutes level walk and is served by local bus connections to Newquay, St Agnes and Truro. Surf hire shops offering surf lessons, riding stables, a gliding club, tennis courts and a golf course are all available locally. Padstow, St Ives and Falmouth are all within a 20 mile radius.
