Water Side is a superb, detached property with stunning views across Falmouth Marina, a sun deck with rattan furniture and a large barbecue and dining area overlooking the property's own private, tidal, pontoon berth. The interior is bright and spacious with large windows to maximise the sea views. There are few better places to observe the constant movements of yachts and power boats while enjoying some al-fresco dining at the heart of Cornwall's riviera. This property all on one level once inside, however there are 6 stone steps up to the back door from the parking area and 3 steps down to the front door. There is a self contained annexe to the property, with its own access and permanent tenant, under one end of the property.
