A comfortable barn conversion to one side of the working farmyard and pond. Set in a walled and gated patio garden with enclosed parking, the cottage looks out over both the yard and to fields at the rear. The front door opens directly into a well fitted kitchen. A long beamed sitting / dining room with windows on two sides has stairs winding up in one corner to the landing, a bathroom W. C. with hand basin and electric shower over the bath and two pretty bedrooms. One with a king size double bed the other with a double and a single. Please note:
