The Coach House is a stunning barn conversion with a plethora of character features, an open plan, triple aspect, immaculate kitchen / diner, spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom. All set in one of the most well equipped and beautiful small holdings, alpacas at the back door, fishing lakes (licence required), a picturesque stream, ancient woodland and a wealth of dog walks from your door step. The site is designated by Natural England as SSSI (site of special scientific interest) and is home to otters, bats, deer and a range of wildlife including our resident kingfishers. We have two lakes, one is designated as a nature reserve and the second as a day fishing lake (licence required).
There is wifi or internet access available at The Coach House in Wadebridge. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Coach House's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

The Coach House has been beautifully renovated by the owners and they have taken great care to keep traditional features while providing a modern, contemporary feel to the property. The open plan kitchen / diner is bright, welcoming and spacious with sliding doors into the front garden. The bathroom boasts a slipper bath and separate shower and the upstairs living room has lovely rural views. Outside the front door is a little herd of alpacas with 3 crias born in the summer of 2017.
