We had a wounderful long weekend with four little girls under 10. The high lights for them was the 'Miami Beach' experience in the pool on Saturday night with the lovely girl/woman you have working for you as a life gard at the pool, (she is a treasure you need to look after), catching crabs off the jetty in west mearsea and taking the ferry to Brightlingsea for fish and chips. Visiting Colchester zoo.

Park is lovely and staff and local villagers were friendly. The pool area inside is small but well organized. An ideal base for touring around the Colchester area.
