From Exeter take the A30 into Cornwall. Follow signs for Okehampton, Redruth then Penzance. At Branwell Lane roundabout take the 1st exit onto Eastern Green - B3311. Continue towards St Ives. Kenegie Manor is 1.5 miles down the road on your left.
