New Mills, quite uniquely, is also home to the fabulous Millennium Walkway, an innovative 175-yard aerial walkway which won numerous awards for its stunning design and was even showcased on national TV.
On the edge of the Peak District National Park there is an abundance of wonderful towns and villages to explore such as Edale, Castleton and Hope, all of which all can be reached in around 30 minutes. The National Trust’s Lyme Park is just 20 minutes from the property, with the historic houses of Haddon Hall and Chatsworth around 40 minutes away.
