Bed linen and towels inc. in the rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture, BBQ and hot tub and private summerhouse. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Property accessed via single track lane. Note: Coarse fishing lake on adjoining farm 5 mins walk. Note: Hot Tub can be used up until 10pm. Note: Hot tub for over 18s only.
