The apartment also contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a double drop down bed. To the outside of the apartment is off road parking for one car and a balcony with furniture. Located in stunning countryside, Rothay 17 is a lovely apartment to explore the many delights of the area.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 2 mins walk down a steep hill. Note: Initial access via approx 14 steps down from parking area. Note: Once the key for the front door of the building has been collected from the flat, the lift can then be used. Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to the balcony. Note: Shared use of on-site swimming pool and Jacuzzi available per group, payable on arrival: per week £35, 3 nights £15, 4 nights £20, 5 nights £25 (cash is required). Passes must be purchased from site office (open Mon - Thurs 9-5, Fri 9-4, Sat 9-6, Sun 9-3). Refundable £20 deposit payable for entry to leisure facilities and own towels are required. Sauna and steam room £2 per visit. Note: The leisure facilities are open 7 days a week from 7-11.30am and 1-9pm.
