The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, two double (one can convert to twin) and a twin (one bed 2’6”) with an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs shower room. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area, kitchen and folding door to the terrace, as well as a sunroom. Outside are enclosed gardens to front and back, with lawn at the front and a seating area with furniture and a barbecue at the back, plus parking for one car. Midway between the two friendly village inns, 1 Brooking Barn is in an ideal location for an interesting break in Devon.
