Woodman's Barn is a detached cottage on a non-working farm, 4.5 miles from the town of Aylsham. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double with en-suite basin and WC, one twin and one ground floor double with en-suite wet room, as well as a separate first floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there's shared use of a indoor heated swimming pool and games room, off road parking for two cars, a private enclosed lawned garden and shared grounds. Woodman's Barn is an ideal base for exploring Norfolk with family and friends.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4.5 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Open tread stairs. Note: First floor bedrooms have sloping ceilings. Note: Swimming pool available from 1st May-30th October and games room available 1st March-30th October. Note: Two large ponds in grounds, one of which is unfenced, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Woodburner is decorative only and is not to be used. Note: Any bookings between 17/04/2019 and 04/05/2019 will not have access to the swimming pool.
