It houses three bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor double bedroom, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and a double bedroom, together sleeping up to six people. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a decked area with table and chairs. 23 Bernicia Way is a wonderful retreat for a coastal getaway to Northumbria.
