There is a bright dining room with comfortable seating for eight guests, leading through to a generous and very well equipped kitchen with granite worktops, an electric double Aga and a separate utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the ground floor there is a large double bedroom which is ideal for guests with limited mobility and it offers a walk in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with a large shower enclosure. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms, all with their own en-suite facilities and superb views across the surrounding countryside. Outside there is a large lawned garden with a decked patio area complete with furniture and a barbecue, and beyond are wonderful views all around.
Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this fabulous spacious property is within easy reach of the centre of the small town of Beaminster with its quaint and artisan shops, restaurants and cafes. The cottage is also within a short drive of numerous pretty Dorset villages and the local popular attractions of Mapperton Gardens and Broadwindsor Craft Centre . The nearby market town of Bridport is a popular shopping destination with its large selection of local and independent shops, pubs, restaurants and regular street and antique markets. The famous and scenic Jurassic Coast is only a short drive away, and with the popular resorts of West Bay, Eype, Charmouth and Lyme Regis all easily accessible from the cottage, there is plenty to explore and experience. Whether its walking, boating, sailing, fishing, fossil hunting, swimming or golf there is something for everyone to enjoy.
