Kephalo is a delightful semi-detached property in the village of Beer, Devon. It hosts four bedrooms including a super king-size zip/link, two king-size and a single, as well as a bathroom and a shower room, and is suitable to sleep up to seven people. Within the property there is a kitchen with an adjoined dining area, and a sitting room attached to this, you can also find a lovely conservatory. Outside is a large multi-level garden, with a summer house at the top with its own furniture and WiFi, as well as the garden itself having outdoor furniture and barbecue. Kephalo is a great property for a large family or group of friends, in an ideal base for exploring East Devon.
