This light and airy south facing cottage is located in the little hamlet of St Annes Chapel, a couple of miles from the sandy beaches of Bigbury on Sea in South Devon. Little Coombe is perfect for either those who love the coast for the beaches in the summer or those who enjoy some of the spectacular walks to be had a short distance from the cottage in the quieter seasons.
Originally two cottages it provides plenty of comfortable living space with a sunny patio and garden. Presented in a fresh contemporary style it has a spacious sitting room with woodburner set in an inglenook fireplace.
The cottage is ideally located on the crossroads of the road to the coast and provides a perfect base for exploring the picturesque South Hams and there are plenty of invigorating and spectacular walks along the nearby South West coastal path or the pretty Avon estuary, both under 15 minutes walk away. As an added convenience an extensive village shop with an exceptional range of products is just a few yards away from the cottage.
Please note: The bunk bedroom is suitable for children and young teenagers only. Please note: for 2022 Houses which have been constructed in the fields beyond the house over the bank are now being finished off, and there may be some infrequent noise from moving machinery during this time, and so the property is offering 10% off all stays this year.
