Downstairs there is a family bathroom and also open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. A steep spiral staircase joins to the first floor. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard and a grass paddock. Higher Kernick Barn is located within easy distance of Wadebridge and Bodmin Moor this is ideal for walkers, cyclists or just a family looking to explore this beautiful county.
