The Old Coach House is a charming and comfortable characterful property in the centre of Brancaster Staithe, just minutes' walk from the Jolly Sailors pub and the picturesque harbour. This wonderful dog friendly property has a completely enclosed courtyard garden and plenty of space for cars to be parked off the road. There is a pretty patio area with brick barbecue and a relaxing space outside to enjoy an 'al-fresco' meal with family and friends.
Inside is a well-equipped dining kitchen, large sitting room with fabulous wood burning stove and a ground floor family bathroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms including a lovely master bedroom with a fabulous en-suite shower room, two further double bedrooms and a lovely bunk room, ideally suited for children.
For sailing enthusiasts there is an additional secure space for boat storage adjacent to the private large courtyard garden. The fabulous sandy beach at Brancaster is just two miles away, perfect for children or your four-legged friends.
