Boasting beautiful views over Barrow Common, this stunning large detached house with luxury garden pod sleeping four is ideal for families and friends wanting to be in walking distance of the harbour, beach, coastal path, shops and two fantastic pub/restaurants.
Boasting beautiful rural views from the rear, this house is located within a few hundred yards to the harbour where you can sail or kayak out to Scolt Head Island and it makes it the ideal spot to relax, kick off your shoes if you are looking to enjoy a week or two away.
With laid back interiors and a luxury specification, this is a seriously sensational and 'smart' retreat. With three en-suite bedrooms in the main house (one on the ground floor which is mobility-friendly) plus two in the pod in the garden, your group will have plenty of space to relax and particularly in the main living areas which allow plenty of opportunity for social dining and gathering. Made for entertaining the open-plan cooks kitchen/dining/living room is the heart of the house and perfect for honing your culinary skills being that you can buy fresh fish and seafood from the harbour and there is a plethora of local produce on your doorstep. On winter evenings, hunker down after supper in front of the wood burning stove or on long summer days open up the huge bi-fold doors and step out onto one of the large sun-soaked terraces one of which features a barbecue. If you prefer a quieter spot, there is also a cosy snug ideal for reading, watching TV or playing board games
With a well-tended south west facing garden and large lawn perfect for outdoor games, this multi-generational property hits the spot if you are searching for a wonderful house to enjoy good old-fashioned family time.
