Number 37 is a semi-detached property resting within the coastal town of Bude. It houses three bedrooms comprising of a super-king-size bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, can sleep up to six people. There is a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC, as well as a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting room, a kitchen/diner, a games room and a sun room. Outside, there is a rear garden with a lawn area and a patio area with furniture. Number 37 is a wonderful family coastal holiday base.
